We will establish an individual treatment plan that may include medications, complementary and alternative wellness interventions, and/or psychotherapy. Our focus is building strong therapeutic alliances, facilitating personal & professional growth, and treating all mental health conditions including addictions with modern medical interventions and psychotherapy. We are passionate about mental health and helping others appreciate their individual strengths.
My ideal client is a person who is struggling with anxiety, depression, a life transition or who has trouble identifying feelings. They feel these difficulties hold them back from the life they want, and are brave enough to begin a journey of transformation. My primary approach is experiential in nature, which means I work in the here-and-now with you. My approach is also informed by psychodynamic therapy, which explores how the past impacts your present life. Feel free to learn more at ericbryanlmhc.com.
