Great to meet you! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addictive patterns, grief/loss, and stress management. My focus is on practical, mindfulness-based approaches. I studied Communications and later received a master's degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in various settings providing individualized counseling services to adults and young adults with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and interpersonal challenges.
