Welcome! Whether you are beginning your therapeutic journey for the first time or returning to continue your progress, I am so glad you’re here. Starting therapy is a significant step towards self-discovery and healing, and I commend you for taking it! I have a profound commitment to assisting individuals, especially young adults, who are dealing with trauma and anxiety. These experiences can be challenging and often overwhelming, affecting various aspects of life. My specialization in trauma therapy provides you with a safe, supportive space to explore and heal from past experiences. Similarly, my experience in anxiety management can support you in understanding and overcoming the symptoms that may be impacting your daily life. I have worked in Community Mental Health for over three years where meeting with clients in some of their darkest times has influenced me to take specified approaches to therapy. I create a relaxed atmosphere with an informal, friendly communication style, allowing you to express yourself freely. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience in social work practice, most of which has been in a counseling role. I consider myself a generalist practitioner, with experience in a range of settings, treating a variety of populations and mental health concerns. I work with adults of all ages, treating depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, grief and loss, self-criticism and self-doubt, shame, life transitions and adjustment to stressors. I enjoy assisting clients in developing coping skills and greater self-acceptance, while helping them to navigate relationships, challenging life circumstances, and improve their overall mental health and wellness. It is an honor for me to be fully present with someone in their pain and uncertainty, and join with them in finding a way forward. Whatever you are going through, you are not alone, and I will be glad to listen, support you and collaborate with you to facilitate healing and growth in your life. Welcome, welcome, WELCOME! All my life I have believed that a person needs to be the change they want to see in the world. Thus I am opening my own practice where people are free to learn, to grow, to express themselves freely and without judgement about whatever ails them. This could be daily life struggles of riding public transportation, or more philosophical questions about the meaning of life, and everything in between. All it takes to start is the willingness to have a conversation. I take a trauma focused, client first approach which makes getting that conversation started even easier! With having a DECADE of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in structural cognitive reality therapy as a certified trauma therapist. Thus I'm able to adapt and match my counseling style to serve a variety of clients, ranging from anxiety to depression to more complicated mood and behavioral disorders, such as bipolar and schizophrenia. Every journey starts with the first step. Let your first step be reaching out to me and seeing if I can help with whatever ails you. Everyone could benefit from having a life coach in their corner. Let me be yours.
Hello & Welcome! I’m Serenity Rorie, an associate licensed therapist, with AHN Chill Project, who works with teens and young adults who are trying to figure things out—whether that’s school stress, relationships, anxiety, identity, or just feeling overwhelmed by life. I get that opening up to someone new can feel weird or even scary at first. That’s why I focus on creating a space where you can be real—no judgment, no pressure. Just a place to talk, vent, explore what’s going on, and work toward feeling more like yourself again. My approach to therapy is supportive, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, develop tools to cope with stress or tough emotions, and figure out what’s getting in the way of you feeling more confident and in control. Whether you’re going through a tough time, dealing with mental health challenges, or just trying to make sense of life, I’m here to support you—at your pace, in your style. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to start somewhere. Looking forward to meeting you, Serenity Rorie, LAPC
Hi I’m James (they/them). I am currently accepting sliding-scale clients at $10-$100 depending on what you can afford. I am doing in-person work, or virtual (in PA). I am available for short-term therapy (through April), with a focus on somatic experiencing: a type of therapy can support you to build capacity to show up in the world and in your body the way you want to. Somatic experiencing (SE) explores ways our bodies hold stress, overwhelm, and trauma patterns. By bringing awareness to these patterns and learning new tools, you can shift the patterns held in your body that are no longer serving you. Somatic experiencing is geared towards resolving trauma held in the body. It can be used to address specific events/trauma, ongoing stressors, or to build resilience in a more general way. If you aren’t interested in somatic therapy and would prefer someone to talk and process with, I’m also down for that. I draw upon my background in harm reduction, clinical herbalism, and personal experiences with physical and mental health struggles. My practice focuses on supporting queer and trans communities. I’m currently working towards a masters degree in social work from Smith College.
I am currently seeing patients both in office and via telehealth . I specialize in substance abuse counseling and dual diagnosis ( both mental health and substance abuse). I have 30 plus years experience in counseling for both mental health and substance abuse. I have taught at the University Of Pittsburgh School of Social Work for four years and have won numerous awards of excellence during my counseling career.

Hi, I’m Adreeonah Mundy, a licensed therapist in Georgia and Pennsylvania. I specialize in supporting college and graduate students, especially Christian women, who are navigating stress, anxiety, imposter syndrome, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-achieving, responsible women who love God but feel emotionally overwhelmed. They may be trying to figure out who they are outside of others' expectations, are tired of second-guessing themselves, or are struggling with singleness, family dynamics, or heartbreak. Some are asking big questions like: “How do I trust God and still take care of my mental health?” I help clients untangle those emotional knots, connect biblical truth with emotional healing, and show up more securely in every area of life—relationships, school, calling, and beyond. If you're looking for a therapist who will honor both your faith in Christ and your real emotional experiences, I'd love to support you.
Are you struggling with anxiety? Feeling stressed? Having trouble in your relationships? Having difficulty coping with change or loss or grief? I help people who are struggling with change, anxiety, and stress to better navigate these struggles and manage their emotions and thoughts more effectively. I also help people who are having issues in their relationships to better navigate their relationships and improve their communication skills. When people have had a loss and are experiencing grief, I help them process their emotions and thoughts and help them find meaning. I can help you, too.
