As a relational, attachment-based therapist, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for change. As a systemic therapist, I also believe that the systems you’re part of matter, and that your experience can’t be understood outside of those systems. You may have had the experience of “getting” something on a logical level, yet finding that knowledge to be inadequate or insufficient. I believe real change has to be felt, not just rationalized. So I focus on creating a relationship where it’s safe to take relational risks and have new experiences that create change on a deeper level. Within the relationship, the work can take many forms. We may start by looking into your past, as I believe the past is important in understanding the present, and that it’s useful for helping you understand your attachment style and relational patterns. And if you’re one of the many neurodivergent people who have experienced trauma, we can draw on Internal Family Systems/parts work and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help heal your younger self. My goal is to always meet you where you are, and sometimes that might mean taking a more practical, skills-based approach. This could mean developing strategies to manage overwhelm, big emotions, and struggles with organization, time-blindness and prioritization. For example, you may be feeling like you know what you need to do yet still can’t get it done. Here I also draw on my background as an ADHD coach, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help you understand the emotions that may be getting in your way, see the different parts that create internal conflicts for you, and change how you relate to these parts.

I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, committed to providing care that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and grounded in trauma-informed practices. My clinical focus includes obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, insomnia, sexual health, and challenges in interpersonal relationships. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I genuinely want to meet you where you are and build on your strengths. If you're thinking about starting therapy, I welcome you to reach out and schedule an initial consultation. It would be a privilege to connect and explore whether I'm the right fit for your needs. At Cognitive Pursuits, I provide therapy for athletes and high-achieving professionals and academics who want to strengthen their mental health and enhance performance. With over a decade of clinical experience, including leadership roles at Thomas Jefferson University, I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, substance use, self-doubt, and burnout. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychotherapy, and existential psychotherapy—among other evidence-based techniques—to create a supportive, practical, and collaborative space where clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals. I offer both traditional therapy and Performance Anxiety Therapy Intensives — focused, short-term programs designed to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and develop effective strategies to perform at their best while maintaining balance and wellbeing. Services are available virtually to residents of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My name is Meghan Morley - I’m a licensed therapist, former NCAA athlete, and personal trainer. My background in both mental health and performance psychology allows me to understand the unique pressures faced by driven individuals—whether in competition, academics, or demanding careers. Before founding Cognitive Pursuits, I served as Clinical Operations Manager at Thomas Jefferson University’s Center on Community Substance Abuse Programs and currently am an adjunct professor at St. Joseph's University counseling graduate program. My work is grounded in the belief that high performance and wellbeing don’t have to compete. I help clients quiet mental noise, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of confidence and purpose that extends far beyond achievement alone.
I am a highly qualified psychotherapist-counselor and licensed clinical social worker. I have extensive experience in mental health and have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the human mind. I am committed to helping people navigate complex emotional and psychological issues. If you’re struggling with any kind of mental health issue, I am here to help you. I am currently pursuing Linehan Certification in DBT. I am also presenting a Certification in CBT at the Beck Institute. Additionally, I am working on becoming a Registered Play Therapist at the Family Play Therapy Center in Philadelphia. Lastly, I am pursuing certification as a group psychotherapist at the American Group Psychotherapy Association.
I'm a trauma therapist offering online therapy to college students throughout Pennsylvania. My specialty is IFS-informed EMDR: EMDR helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they lose their grip on the present, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) brings compassion to the parts of you that learned to protect you in hard times. Together, they let us work through trauma at a pace that feels safe — without having to retell your story over and over. Many of the students I work with are carrying more than a heavy course load: childhood wounds, anxiety that won't switch off, depression, ADHD, or the pressure of holding it all together far from home. Therapy with me is a place where all of that can be looked at without judgment. I believe we can let go of our past and accept ourselves as we are — and that self-acceptance is the first step toward change. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified in EMDR (EMDRIA) and trained in IFS (IFS Institute) and DBT, with a master's in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and eight years of practice. Sessions are $185 with sliding-scale spots available, and I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a free 20-minute consultation — reach out and let's see if we're a good fit.

When we are facing life stressors, we often focus on addressing the immediate symptoms. This can be very adaptive. However, if we only ever focus on the immediate symptoms of our struggles, then we may never recognize or have the possibility of healing the cause of our pain. I believe that therapy provides a powerful space to explore, understand, and ultimately heal the root causes of our struggles. I approach my work with insight from a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including Narrative Therapy, IFS, Solution Focused Therapy, & Attachment Theory. I am also formally trained in EMDR which I can incorporate into therapy. I approach therapy with an anti-oppressive lens to assist clients dealing with the impacts of homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism, and misogyny and am versed in supporting individuals with a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, and chronic pain. I come to my work not merely as an outsider with expertise, but as a neurodivergent and transgender individual myself who has lived experience navigating many of the issues I work to help others heal from. It has been my privilege to help a wide variety of clients, and I look forward to learning how I can help you too!
I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and hold credentials as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have been in the field a little over 10 years and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns; including depression, anxiety, identity formation, crisis management, addiction, and life transitions. My counseling style is very person-first and engaging. I believe in incorporating different therapeutic techniques in order to meet you exactly where you are during each interaction. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to have you feel comfortable and help guide you to develop healthy skills that encourage empowerment and self-discovery. Outside of my career, I am an animal lover that enjoys traveling. I enjoy being physically active and believe the best gifts are those you can experience! I am a fan of all Italian food and find comfort relaxing while watching a good movie or reading a thrilling book. I strongly advocate the concept of self-care and overall life balance. I understand how vulnerable and overwhelming it can feel to seek counseling and I appreciate the courage my clients display by doing so. I hope to support and provide encouragement as we begin this process together. I believe that every individual has the ability to overcome struggles and learn how to highlight their strengths that they may not even be aware they have! I look forward to working with you! "You're Braver than you believe. Stronger than you seem. and Smarter than you think." - A.A. Milne

There’s a lot of things for you to worry about, but I hope therapy doesn’t have to be one of them. I want to offer a space where you can work through anxiety and worries in real time with a real person who listens, understands, and helps you sort through the noise. I’m not going to sit there and hand you advice you didn’t ask for. We’ll figure things out together. What’s behind the anxiety, how is it messing with your life, and what might actually help? The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling a little more in control, a little more like yourself. Life’s too short to feel stuck in your own head all the time. I want to help you get out into the world. To help you connect with people who actually make you feel good and to give you a chance to discover what is really important to you. With extensive experience working with people in their 20s and 30s, as well as those in the LGBTQ+ community, I’m here to support you through whatever life throws your way. Feel free to give me a call or email to discuss a consultation/scheduling. Or visit my website to learn more about what I have to offer.
You are the expert on you, and you already possess all the tools necessary to heal and achieve your goals! Life experiences however can cause those tools or skills to become buried. In a safe and supportive therapeutic environment my role is to help uncover your “toolbox”, remove the broken or ineffective tools, sharpen the dull ones, and add a few new shiny ones. To embark on this counseling journey several critical therapeutic ingredients are needed: safety, empathy, and trust (SET). You'll lead and I'll closely follow, serving as a skillfully trained second pair of eyes and ears.
Keith Casey's approach to therapy is to be empathetic and encouraging. The most gratifying part of his job is when he sees someone embrace the idea that change is possible. He specializes in anxiety, OCD, depression, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I am full of energy, observant, assertive, self-discipline, and compassionate. I am Afro-Latina and a first-generation immigrant, bilingual (Spanish). In sessions, you can expect a burst of energy. We will translate that energy into a collaborative “work in progress.” We will go at the pace that is most convenient for you. I will join you and go inside those scary places, while you overcome the fear of the unknown. I will help you challenge your own belief systems and construct a new reality that works for you. You will discover deeper and more vulnerable emotions and learn to recognize the things that keep you stuck. You will discover well-rounded results that continuously allow you to develop a sense of self. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

Many of us wrestle to find hope in our lives, move forward, or just make it through the day. I provide an unbiased, nonjudgmental space to explore what is hindering you and overcome obstacles in healthy, supportive ways.
I often work with students who feel weighed down by stress, perfectionism, or the pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to give you a supportive space to sort through those challenges, build healthier coping skills, and feel more confident in both school and life.
