My approach to therapy is rooted in anti-oppression principles. I have specialized training in trauma practice, particularly around experiences of abuse, violence, and intergenerational trauma. Outside the office, I love visiting museums and galleries, reading, cross-stitching, and listening to comedy podcasts.
