If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about your next steps, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. College can bring a lot of pressure, transitions, and uncertainty, which can leave you feeling anxious, burned out, or disconnected. Therapy offers a supportive space to pause, gain clarity, and start making changes that feel meaningful and manageable. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in hospitals, residential programs, private practice, and working with college students. I work with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and challenges related to body image, disordered eating, and overall wellbeing. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you build practical tools while better understanding yourself.

Everyone tells you that college is the best time in your life and to enjoy it because it flies by. But what people don’t tell you is all the challenges that it can bring. Maybe it’s the first time you are away from your family and friends from home. It can also bring many challenges with pressure to drink or use drugs, navigating friendships and dating in a more complicated way, and figuring out what you want to do with the rest of your life. You might be in a position where in order to afford school you need to work on top of doing well in all your classes. I know personally how challenging, yet exciting, this time can be, and I am here to tell you that you don’t need to figure it all out on your own or even right now. Are you ready to enjoy your college experience, be fully present in the great moments without feeling stresses weighing you down everyday? It’s time to feel a sense of relief, confidence in who you are, and in your decisions. Together, we can make your life feel lighter and free up space for everything else you have going on! My Approach: I am a strong believer in the power of relationships. Having someone to talk to can increase our sense of happiness and positivity, and most importantly let us know that we are not alone. Life has many ups and downs, but it's what you do with them that matters. I am here to help you transform the tough moments into growth. Therapy with me looks like an open dialogue, where we both respect each other's point of view and collaborate to find solutions that help you overcome what’s been holding you back. We can talk about anything, no matter how hard it is to share. Whether it’s the good things or the bad, I am ready to hold space for even the strongest emotions that come up, because I know we can work through it together. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that not only looks at your thoughts and feelings, but also how your environment, your cultural experiences, close relationships, and health, affect your mental wellbeing. We’ll use a variety of therapeutic techniques to best fit what you need, because therapy is not a one size fits all approach. We’ll make sure that those techniques are really working for you. It might be practicing mindfulness or trying out different coping skills to help things feel less overwhelming. Our approach will continue to grow as our therapeutic relationship develops. I know that therapy is not always easy, but I am here to support you each step of the way and I will always accept you for how you are in that moment, even the hard ones. A Little About Me: I went into undergrad undecided and had a hard time knowing what I wanted to do. I knew that I wanted to do something to help people and I wanted a career that I would enjoy. I always felt behind in some way because I didn’t know what I wanted to do right away. I have learned that a lot of people have a unique path to get to where they are. I worked as a school social worker for 8 years before private practice and that is when I really knew I loved counseling and wanted to continue on this path. I have lived in the Chicago area for most of my life and love the city! You can find me by the lake or exploring all the city has to offer. My hobbies are all over the place and include a mixture of baking, triathlons, knitting, going on long walks and finding the best matcha. I also love traveling (but hate flying) and have an ever growing list of places I want to visit.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or out of sorts, you've stumbled to the right place. Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself and/or your life, and are confused about where to go next. I work with creatively inclined people, educators, students, people in helping professions, entrepreneurs, and people looking for a career change. I accompany people on their search for connection, belonging, and purpose. They often feel stretched thin and have difficulty balancing their own expectations for themself with societal/cultural pressures. They might have difficulty with vulnerability and intimacy and feel isolated or lonely. As a dance/movement therapist, I help you learn how to reconnect with and trust your body. We might talk, meditate, make art, move or play, searching for what lights you up and can guide the way. Using a somatic approach, I emphasize compassion and radical acceptance as we work with the sensations and memories that arise in the process. As an empathic, creative thinker, I know how hard it can be to stay connected to our body's wisdom as the world pulls us in a hundred directions. Something in you got you to this page, trust and honor that impulse! I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.

I believe the human experience is beautifully complex, with our emotions serving as both a compass and catalyst for growth and healing. When those feelings become overwhelming, it’s easy to feel isolated or stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or hopelessness—but you don’t have to navigate this alone. My passion is creating a space of warmth, understanding, and compassionate curiosity where we can explore what’s happening beneath the surface, make room for your full emotional experience, and discover new ways of thinking, relating, and healing. Gender Identity & Sexuality: Exploring your gender identity or sexuality can be deeply personal and, at times, isolating. Whether you're early in your journey or further along, I provide affirming, compassionate support in a space where you can be fully and authentically yourself—without judgment. You deserve to be seen, understood, and empowered as you embrace who you are. Relationship Challenges: Relationships can be both life-giving and deeply challenging. If you’re feeling stuck in painful cycles, navigating conflict, or longing for deeper connection, I’ll work with you to untangle patterns and build stronger, healthier relationships—rooted in mutual respect, communication, and emotional safety. Family Dynamics: Family systems often shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. I help clients unpack generational patterns, unspoken expectations, and relational roles that may no longer serve them. Together, we’ll work to foster clarity, establish healthy boundaries, and nurture meaningful, sustainable relationships. Anxiety: Anxiety can feel all-consuming, quietly infiltrating every area of life. I offer both practical strategies and gentle exploration to help you better understand your anxiety, manage its impact, and regain a sense of calm, confidence, and agency—especially when life feels out of control. Do I work with struggles not on this list? Maybe what you’re going through doesn’t fall neatly into one of these categories, or perhaps you’re looking to approach it from a different angle. If my approach resonates with you, I’d love to talk more. Together, we can create a path forward that honors your story and supports your unique process of healing and growth.!

You’ve been carrying so much for so long—maybe trauma from childhood, complicated relationships, or anxiety and shame that live in your body as much as your thoughts. You’re high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed inside. You want more than coping—you want to actually feel different. My clients often seek EMDR, art therapy, or body-based therapy to help untangle the past and come back to themselves. I offer virtual therapy across Illinois for adults ready to do deep, trauma-informed work in a space that’s creative, collaborative, and affirming. My approach integrates EMDR, art therapy, somatic and body-based methods, and insight-oriented talk therapy. I draw from Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and trauma neuroscience to support healing not just in your thoughts, but in your nervous system. Together, we’ll find what actually helps—not just what sounds good on paper. It’s brave to want more for yourself—and even braver to reach out. Whether you’re processing trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or trying to feel safe in your own body again, you deserve a space where all parts of you are welcome. I offer compassion without pressure and clinical skill without judgment. When you're ready, I’m here.

Much of the hurt and pain people experience is shaped in relationship with oneself or others, and yet healing can also occur through safe, supportive, and attuned connection. For this reason, I place a strong emphasis on building a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship over time. I approach mental wellness from a non-pathologizing lens and view therapy as a meaningful opportunity to deepen self-understanding. I am passionate about helping people process their lived experience, supporting them in reclaiming their narrative and reconnecting with parts of themselves that may feel burdened or unseen. My work is grounded in attachment-based theories and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and strengths-based frameworks. I specialize in treatment of OCD, depression, interpersonal relationships, religious trauma, and women’s health. I am passionate about social justice and how social context impacts mental wellness. Coming from a large, multicultural family, I bring a deep respect for cultural diversity into my work and aim to help clients feel fully seen and valued in their identities. Through thoughtful exploration and warm collaboration, I am honored to accompany clients on their journey towards healing, growth, and reconnection with themselves.

I am a strengths-based, relational therapist who works primarily with trans, queer, and neurodivergent adults. Our sessions will focus on interpersonal growth, rather than finding a cure for symptoms. I want to understand your challenges and celebrate your successes. Together, we will explore the ways in which you are affected by societal systems and help you develop skills to advocate for your wants and needs. I strive to lead by example in showing that it is okay to make mistakes, to always be learning about oneself, and to continue growing and developing your identity as you move through different life experiences. When we are through with our work together, I hope you will have the tools you need to live a sustainable, satisfying, and ever-evolving life.

Welcome! I'm a passionate healthcare professional dedicated to providing compassionate and effective telehealth therapy. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, I offer supportive counseling services for adults and older adolescents. My experience in counseling and case management has equipped me with the skills to provide impactful mental health therapy, ensuring my clients receive the care and support they deserve. I see clients almost exclusively during morning hours, up until noon (CST) and can easily accommodate people with non-traditional schedules, since I have appointments as early (or late!) as 1am CST. Just like a good workout, a therapy session first thing in the morning can help you start your day off right. In addition to counseling, I've been instrumental in developing innovative strategies for Medicaid Special Needs programs, emphasizing quality assurance and improvement in Illinois. My cross-functional leadership has enabled me to work collaboratively with community partners, optimizing program outcomes and enhancing quality of care. I hold certifications as a Case Manager (CCM) and Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), which reflect my commitment to providing holistic care. I'm dedicated to meeting my clients where they are at, and helping them to achieve their mental health goals, without judgement. My goal is to help you navigate your health journey with expertise, empathy, and unwavering support. Let's work together towards your well-being.

College and young adulthood can be both exciting and overwhelming. Between academic pressure, changing relationships, and the constant push to “have it all figured out,” it’s easy to feel anxious, lost, or unsure of who you’re becoming. In therapy, I offer a space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself—so you can move through this chapter of life with more balance, clarity, and confidence. I specialize in working with students and emerging adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship stress, and life transitions. You might be adjusting to college life, struggling to manage expectations, or balancing independence with family or cultural pressures. Maybe you’re exploring your identity, healing from past experiences, or learning how to set boundaries in relationships. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation—open, supportive, and down-to-earth. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and attachment-based work to help you manage anxiety, build emotional resilience, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel grounded and confident as you navigate change and uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you, develop practical tools for managing stress, and create space for self-compassion and growth. Whether you’re adjusting to college life, preparing for graduation, or figuring out who you want to be, therapy can help you reconnect with your values and feel more like yourself again. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, and I’d be honored to support you as you move through this stage of your journey.

I am a clinician dedicated to providing a space for every client to better understand themselves, others, and how they fit into the world. My role as a therapist is to show clients that they are understood and accepted so that they may develop the courage and confidence to make their own decisions. I work with adults, adolescents and couples of all backgrounds. I collaborate with the client in analysis of thought, feeling, and action to gain insight into and mastery over the self. With couples, sessions are emotion-focused and informed by the Gottman method, with the goal of improving communication. If you experience problems related to divorce, trauma, sexuality, grief, loneliness, anxiety, life transition, or a general sense of purposelessness, I have confidence that I can help.
