I help women move through anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and life
transitions with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re navigating career
shifts, relationship changes, or simply feel disconnected from who you are,
therapy can help you realign with your values, rebuild your self-trust, and
reclaim your sense of direction. In my work together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck—self-
criticism, perfectionism, unresolved grief, or limiting beliefs—and
transform those barriers into breakthrough moments. I’ll support you in
using your natural strengths to problem-solve, build self-awareness, and
take intentional steps toward a life that feels aligned and fulfilling. As an introvert and a therapist, I deeply understand the internal worlds
many women carry quietly—feeling like you always have to “hold it
together” even when you’re unraveling inside. This space is designed for
you to safely unpack, reflect, and rebuild without judgment. Let’s work together to shift from self-doubt to self-assurance. You deserve to feel grounded, whole, and seen.

College is supposed to be “the best years of your life,” right? So why does it sometimes feel like you’re stressed, overwhelmed, questioning everything, and running on caffeine and vibes? I work with college students and young adults who are trying to hold it all together — classes, relationships, family expectations, future plans — while quietly wondering, “Why does this feel so hard?” Anxiety, mood swings, burnout, breakups, identity questions, substance use, grief, big transitions… it’s a lot. And most people try to power through it way longer than they need to. You don’t have to have some perfectly organized explanation for why you’re struggling. If you’re overwhelmed, stuck, unmotivated, or just not feeling like yourself lately, that’s enough. You don’t need a five-point plan before reaching out. Therapy with me is grounded, supportive, and real. We’ll talk like actual humans. We’ll slow things down. We’ll figure out what’s going on underneath the stress without judgment or pressure to “fix” everything overnight. We move at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you. My goal is to help you feel more comfortable in your own head and body — so you can make decisions with clarity instead of panic, respond instead of react, and maybe even sleep a little better. You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through this chapter. Support counts.

Having a therapist walk alongside you during this time can reduce your symptoms and serve as an investment for your future. Tracy’s therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healthy communication and strong boundaries are essential for personal growth and thriving relationships. She focuses on the over all health, include brain health, and works collaboratively with clients, using evidence-based techniques to help them achieve their goals and overcome barriers. *Telehealth/video sessions I have spent most of my career working as a therapist in a college counseling center. I am very familiar with all the challenges that being a student and balancing a new life bring. Becoming who you are going to be -while feeling and balancing all the things can seem so overwhelming! I work well with students who are struggling with fear, anxiety (social and other), relationships, old memories, trauma, recovering from sexual assault, past abuse, family conflict, low self esteem, worthlessness, self harm, eating difficulties, existential crisis, coming out-LGBTQ, and multicultural issues. My students tend to learn who they are and what matters to them, how to feel more peaceful, more joyful, more at ease, and more self loving. They often learn how to communicate better, say no, sleep at night, and have healthier relationships with others. I partner a lot with people who are healing from PTSD, or are grieving and have suffered losses as well. A lot of my clients say they feel more courageous, more at home in their body, more content being themselves and trusting of themselves after we work together. They feel empowered and comfortable being who they are. Although I am a private pay practice, please ask me about my student discount.I have a passion for working with students. We can also talk about appointment availability. If you are covered by insurance, I can give you a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

OMG! This college thing is HARD - everything from the application process, to balancing all my assignments and social life and different professors and roommates and my parents (and...!), to figuring out the best major and then actually trying to get a job applying what I've learned. Feel familiar? If the stress, anxiety, worry, and decisions you're juggling are overwhelming you and you are not functioning at your best level, maybe it's time to check out some other ways of managing all that's going on. In a very relaxed and safe space, you can meet with someone whose many years of professional experience guiding students through their major transitions are shared in a comfortable living room decor where jeans are the dress code. We will work as partners to discover and expand your strengths and resources so that you can move in the direction you want to go. And you will come to understand that "therapy" is not about fixing something that's broken but developing the strategies to make the most of what's within and around you. Hope to see you soon!
