I know what it feels like to hate your body, spend every waking moment thinking about food, constantly comparing yourself to others, and dealing with the sadness associated with not 'fitting in'. Throughout my experiences working with adults and children, I've witnessed entire transformations that come only as a result of addressing both physical needs and our individual psychological hurdles. I'll work with you to find solutions and tackle stressors, including those caused by low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, chronic dieting, or relationships. As a Body Love Coach and Licensed Professional Counselor, I work to equip women and girls with the knowledge, tools, and support they need in order to ROCK regardless of their weight or body image. **I'm in-network for Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem, CareSource, Humana, and Peach State. I also provide therapy virtually and in the community.
Offering Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy & Yoga Infused Psychotherapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking psychotherapy to mindfully navigate life's emotions. Sometimes our normal emotions like anxiety, anger, grief and sadness can feel overwhelming. As a clinical therapist my goal is to assist you in creating, or simply tweaking, skills to more mindfully navigate life and your emotions.

Hi! I'm Rosie (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of both Georgia and Texas. I work primarily with young adults (20s and 30s), and many of my clients are people who identify as LGBTQIA+. I have special focus in trauma processing, ADHD management, and career exploration. Throughout my social work career I have passionately advocated for racial, social and economic justice through the empowerment of individuals and groups including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, people with HIV, people experiencing homelessness, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, veterans, children and youth, and more. As a queer and neurodivergent therapist myself, I am mindful of how people’s identities factor into their experience of the world and their experience in therapy. I believe that people begin to heal the moment they feel heard. While I do incorporate interventions like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and distress tolerance, my first and foremost focus is to be unconditionally on your team and on your side. Past clients have told me that I am a natural listener and am genuine and warm in how I relate to people. When I am not obsessing over the personality psychology phenomenon known as the enneagram, I enjoy laying in the sun with a good podcast, jogging the Atlanta beltline, reading, cooking, yoga, and exploring the local food scene.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating codependency, chronic stress, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addiction, and trauma. I use evidence-based therapies, such as REBT, CBT, DBT and mindfulness techniques. My counseling/therapeutic approach is culturally-competent and welcoming to all populations and lifestyles.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to increase their self-awareness, build self-compassion, and develop healthy communication, coping, and problem-solving skills. If you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, having thoughts of self-harm, struggling with your transition into college, or stressing about what to do next? I am here to help. I can also help you address childhood trauma and family or relationship conflict. In completing therapy, you will better understand your emotions, uncover behavioral patterns, learn strategies to better manage life's challenges, begin the healing process from past hurts, and have more insight about yourself and your personal goals.

Hi! I work with children, teens, adults, and families to help them meet their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is warm, creative, and client-centered—I tailor each session to fit your needs and comfort level. As a Registered Art Therapist and talk therapist, I believe in the healing power of creativity. Art can help you process complex emotions, build coping skills, and find hope and resilience. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from art therapy—it's about expression and exploration, not perfection. If art isn’t your thing, that’s totally okay too! I also use traditional talk therapy approaches.
