I provide compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, anger, relationship challenges, and eating disorders. My approach is personalized and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

Using evidence-based modalities, including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, I help you heal from past wounds and develop practical tools for lasting change. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building greater resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.

I believe meaningful healing happens within a genuine therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, honesty, and respect. Whether you're facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, therapy can help you move toward a more fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting your journey with warmth, kindness, and a touch of humor along the way.

I approach therapy from a trauma-focused, multicultural perspective. I do this by collaborating with my patients because I believe they are the true experts in their lives. Together, we work to cocreate an authentic, safe, and equitable space that cultivates kindness, honesty, and trust

I am passionate about holistic wellness, honoring and integrating the unique wisdom of your identity and experiences in the pursuit of healing and wholeness. I look forward to guiding you in your healing through kindness, empathy, and a touch of humor in every session.

My therapeutic career began in housing case management. Here, I found that engagement in therapy and healing was one of the most helpful aspects of patients achieving self-sufficiency and stability. This experience now allows me to bring a unique quality and perspective to each session.
