Are you committed to making changes but aren't sure where to start? Taking that first step can be difficult.
Let's do it together.
As a trauma-focused clinician I believe to heal we must fully understand and process our experiences in a safe space. If you're looking to develop skills, process and heal, I'm here for you. For couples looking to process, heal and enhance communication. I have experience with restorative justice and offer support in conflict dialogue between family, friends and colleagues.
As a therapist I create a safe, trauma-informed space with validation, honesty and incorporating gentle humor. With a decade+ working with folx with marginalized identities, young adults who have witnessed trauma, people who have experienced crime, (esp relationship and sexual violence) I understand the systems, agencies and how to connect you.
I incorporate several modalities to heal symptoms of trauma. You are dynamic, and your therapy should be too! If you are struggling with mental health concerns, please know you are not alone. I see Colorado clients virtually and in-person in Denver. I would love to be part of your therapeutic and healing journey.
