You might be here because life feels overwhelming and you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or other mood challenges. It can feel hard to find the right support.

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from SUNY Binghamton, and I offer medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and therapy to adults in New York. With over 14 years of experience in nursing, including addiction medicine and community mental health, I have seen how important it is for patients to feel truly heard and supported. One of my greatest joys is being part of someone’s journey to mental wellness.

In our work together, we’ll focus on solutions that empower you to meet your goals. Therapy is a space where you can build the skills to challenge unhelpful patterns and create change. My approach is patient-centered: I take time to understand your cultural and religious background and fold these values into your care plan.

I am passionate about decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health, a passion shaped by having a close relative who struggled themselves. I hope that by working together, you’ll feel understood, develop coping tools, and strengthen your relationships.

I also have experience supporting diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, people diagnosed with autism, seniors, and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

When I’m not at work, I love walking with my dogs and children, reading, and practicing gratitude, things that help me stay grounded.

Taking the first step can feel daunting. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Bring your questions to our first visit, and we’ll start from there.
