Hi, I’m Maureen (she/her), and I’m an experienced therapist who helps young adults navigate trauma, family relationships, and the stress of major life transitions. Many of my clients are managing ADHD, shifting family roles, or recovering from emotionally unsafe or narcissistic parents. I often see folks who appear successful on the outside but are struggling inside. I advocate for people who are starting something new and scary or leaving behind something painful. I also worked in a college counseling center for 9 years, so I've got lots of experience with what students are coming in with. Whatever it is you are looking to unload, I offer a warm and validating space to explore what you’ve been carrying.
