I use solution-focused goal setting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (looking at how thoughts, feelings, and behavior impact each other), and mindfulness practices such as writing, vision boards, self-care tools, and tips to reduce overwhelm. I do have a small dog, Wiggles, in the office. I believe transformation is possible — even in life’s hardest seasons. With over 30 years of experience, I offer flexible, supportive care for teens, college students, and adults throughout CT, NY, and PA.
