Emma Savelli
Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding you.
You are not broken-you are human. Being human means experiencing various complex feelings that can be difficult to navigate and understand, especially on your own. No matter what life throws you, you do not have to go through it alone.
As a therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely heard in a judgement free environment. Together, we can collaborate to help you reach a place of self-improvement and understanding through recognizing behavior patterns, processing complex emotions, and exploring solutions to any challenges you may be facing.
When working with me, you can expect a relationship rooted in trust, empathy, and openness. Whether you need a space to process, vent, reflect, or simply breathe-I will meet you where you are at. I will show up for you authentically, even if it means gently challenging you and confronting obstacles head on.
There is no rush when it comes to your progress.
Think of me in the passenger seat and you are the driver-you are the expert of your life and your voice matters most.
Nearly ten years ago, I began my personal journey with therapy during a time of major life transitions. What stayed with me was the feeling of unconditional support and understanding I received. For the first time, I felt truly seen and encouraged to be vulnerable. This experience sparked a sense of strength and empowerment in me that I strive to help my clients discover within themselves.
