Counseling For You offers personalized therapy in Merrick and Massapequa Park on Long Island, as well as at our Midtown Manhattan office. Secure telehealth sessions are available in New York State, Colorado, and Florida.

We frequently work with college students transitioning from campus counseling services. Our clinicians provide ongoing outpatient therapy and support clients in building practical coping skills, improving emotional well-being, and navigating academic, social, and life stressors.

Our highly trained team is experienced in supporting teens and young adults with a range of conditions, including academic stress, eating disorders, school avoidance, self-harm, suicidal ideation, ADHD, ASD, BPD, OCD, PTSD, and SUD.

Our practice is open daily from 8am to 8pm, weekends from 9am to 5pm and there is no waitlist for daytime appointments. We accept most major insurance plans, and our team handles all forms and verification. Our intake process is seamless, and clients are thoughtfully matched with a therapist based on their clinical needs, preferences, and availability.
