At Beacon Therapy Group, we know that being a student can mean juggling high expectations, intense academics, and the pressure to keep it all together. Whether you’re navigating academic stress, relationships, cultural transitions, or unresolved trauma, our team is here to support you.

We’re a trauma-informed group practice offering both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to fit your schedule. While we specialize in trauma, we treat a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, academic stress, relationship challenges, identity exploration, burnout, and adjustment challenges.

We support hundreds of Boston area students each year so we deeply understand the academic culture, the demands of campus life, and the challenges that come with being far from home—especially for international students. We strive to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.

Our therapists are trained in a wide range of modalities—from EMDR and IFS/parts work to CBT and mindfulness-based approaches—allowing us to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for a space to process trauma, strengthen your sense of self, or just breathe and feel less overwhelmed, we’ll walk alongside you every step of the way.

You don’t have to wait for a crisis to get support. Therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself and move toward the life you want—both on and off campus.

Our providers accept United Healthcare Student Resources for Tufts University and Boston College students. We are out of network for all other insurances.
