Exploring boundaries between work and personal life can help prevent or address burnout. Simple strategies, such as scheduling time before or after work to shift from “work mode” to “self-care mode,” or reframing work experiences by noticing small positives, are some of the approaches I explore with clients.

Outside of work, my self-care can vary based on the day. After a busy day, I enjoy unwinding with a good show or a light crossword puzzle. On lighter days, I turn to reading or playing pickleball, two of my favorite pastimes.
